At first you need to click on left mouse corner on your desktop and select "personalize.
Then you need to go "desktop background" on the bottom left corner.
Then you can select your picture location on your computer and select your favarite pictures
Then select your picture position and time of your picture change.
Now you are on the last step click on the save changes and close it.
